Started in a backyard in Omaha. Two golfers, too many bad chips, and the realization that practice targets all suck. So we made one that doesn't. Folds flat, plays real, goes anywhere.
Chip, sip, repeat.™

Frequently Asked Questions
Kickstarter is a crowdfunding platform — kind of like Shark Tank, but for the public. You can “back” a project before it officially launches. When you hit “Notify me on launch,” Kickstarter will email you when we go live so you can get day-one pricing.
We’re currently prototyping with both 3D-printed and wood-built versions. The production model will likely be wood - more durable, better sound, and higher quality feel. Early Kickstarter backers will actually help decide which material we scale with.
Designed and assembled in Omaha, Nebraska. We’re starting with small-batch local production to keep quality tight before scaling up.
Most chipping nets are stationary nets you hit into from one spot. ChipShotz is 3D, portable, and lets you attack from any angle or lie - divots, slopes, sand, carpet, whatever. It's the only chipping target that folds completely flat (4 seconds to set up, fits in your golf bag) and feels like real golf. Our patent-pending fold-flat design is what makes it actually portable, not just "technically moveable."
Yes. We've seen it in our own rounds after a summer of playing ChipShotz. Chipping at targets from different angles and lies is exactly how pros practice - ChipShotz just makes it accessible in your backyard instead of requiring a country club. You're not just hitting balls into a net; you're reading lies, adjusting for terrain, and developing touch.
On Kickstarter we will have an early group of about fifty backers and a second group right after. Our goal is early spring 2026 for the first group and shortly after for the rest. If anything moves, we will be upfront in updates.
Early backers get better pricing and direct input on future tweaks.
Each set comes with two foldable Chipyramids, basic rules and a score guide, and a simple thank you from us for helping get this off the ground. Use your own clubs and balls. The whole point is to play with the gear you already trust.
Yes. Outside, use real balls and normal wedges in a safe space. Indoors or in tight spaces, switch to foam or practice balls and shorter swings so you protect walls, windows, and friends.
