Shipping policy

ChipShotz products are made in small batches and inspected by hand in Omaha, Nebraska before shipping. We take pride in every set that goes out the door.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 business days of purchase. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
Free shipping on all US orders $69 and over. Orders under $69 ship for a flat rate of $7.99. We ship via USPS or UPS depending on your location.

International Shipping
International shipping is available at calculated rates shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. ChipShotz LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Delivery Times
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order is handed off to the carrier, ChipShotz LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at andrew@chipshotzgolf.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to make it right.
