Return and Refund Policy
ChipShotz products are made in small batches and inspected by hand before shipping. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at andrew@chipshotzgolf.com. Returns must be pre-authorized — items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted. Once accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Damages and issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at andrew@chipshotzgolf.com with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Return your item and once accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
European Union
If your order ships into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Item must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at andrew@chipshotzgolf.com.
